7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand: 5–10 business days.

European destinations: 7–14 business days.

Other supported destinations: 10–20 business days.

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may be affected by customs inspections, weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, remote-area delivery arrangements, and other circumstances.

Standard shipping charges are calculated according to the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes:

Orders of USD $49 or more: Free standard shipping.

Orders below USD $49: USD $6.99 standard shipping.

Any available alternative shipping options and their applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Orders may be fulfilled through our own or contracted fulfilment facilities. Depending on product availability and destination, products (such as our stainless steel mixed-material frying pans and related kitchenware) may be dispatched internationally or arrive in separate parcels.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you need to correct your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request before fulfilment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has occurred.

8. Order Cancellation

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order if fulfilment has not yet begun.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, been packed for dispatch, or been handed to a shipping carrier.

If your cancellation request is approved, we will normally submit the applicable refund within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
